Welcome, I hope you enjoy looking at my successful Salon images. Competition is something I absolutely love doing. Seeing my images up on the screen and hearing the judges discuss them is exhilarating. The worst part is the wait from when you hit send on the computer. To making sure to NOT look at the images you sent (because you can be sure you will find something you want to change and now can't). Then the minutes leading up to your image flashing up on screen, and hearing the judges discuss your images good and bad points, what a rush!

I started competing in the Manitoba Regionals in 2020 and tried my hand at Nationals in 2022. Since then I have had a great many images Accepted, Merit and an Excellence. I strive to keep bettering myself and my images (to better serve you, my clients!) and competing is an amazing way to learn.

I hope you enjoy my images, as much as I enjoyed making them.

2024 National Image Salon

I had an amazing national, not only did all 4 of my images go through, I was one of the nominees for the 2024 Portrait Photographer of the Year in Canada.

I was ecstatic and was honoured to be nominated with other amazing Photographers and friends.

2023 National Image Salon

I had a great 2023 National Salon. My 4 images made it through and I did very well with 3 Accepted and 1 Merit.

2022 National Image Salon

This was my first year entering 4 images as a newly Accredited PPOC member. I had wonderful success, with 3 Merits, and 1 image that didn't make it through, but that isn't too shabby for a first time!
